Understanding the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on UBC Family Medicine Residents

We know many aspects of our medical system changed significantly with the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to find out how the COVID-19 pandemic affected family medicine residents. Specifically, we want to ask how their learning opportunities were changed, how much they feel ready to practice by themselves at the end of their second year residency and what kind of supports they would like to receive from their program to successfully gain the needed competency to become an independent family physician.
