COVID VC Survey

COVID-19 Research Area(s): Economics & Business

We will send a brief survey to professional investors in startups (VCs) asking them about how COVID 19 has impacted their business and the entrepreneurs they fund. The data and analysis from this survey will help inform: A) How to assist innovative businesses under the current environment (e.g. government programs). Such businesses could range from medical research (incl research directly targeting COVID) to IT startups hurt by COVID (e.g. AirBnB) to IT startups helped by COVID (e.g. delivery startups). B) How pension plans and other investors in VCs are faring in the environment C) How VCs deal with crises more generally.
