Data analytics and machine learning for COVID-19 presentations and outcome; An internet based survey

We designed an online anonymous survey to understand: (1) The clinical picture of COVID-19 infection among responders with positive test results including symptoms severity and duration, treatment received, hospitalization status and the final outcome. (2) Potential risk factors and comorbidities in COVID-19 infection. This is a study led by clinical colleagues at the US institution and the UBC team will only provide data/statistical analysis of anonymized data.
