Epidemiological and evolutionary modelling of SARS-CoV-2

Models are being developed to explore the selective forces acting on SARS-CoV-2 life history traits. This work will help describe the range of evolutionary changes in the virus that we might expect and how those would impact the disease.

Models are being developed to explore the selective forces acting on SARS-CoV-2 life history traits (such as transmission and virulence parameters). Additionally, work is being done in collaboration with other modellers to explore the role that asymptomatic individuals play in the course of the epidemic.
