Digital Virtual Support to Cases and Contacts of Novel Coronavirus

This study is part of a larger world-wide study to explore the use of a two-way communication platform 'WelTel' in supporting cases and contacts of COVID-19 requiring home isolation as well as access to care for patients requiring regular follow-up from their healthcare provider during physical distancing. BC Children's Hospital main focus will be on WelTel's ability in providing access to care for patients requiring regular follow-up including two-way messaging and virtual consultations.
