Research Specializations

My research targets key social and motivational factors that contribute to the successful mastery of challenges across adulthood and into old age. The THRIVE (Tracking Health and Relationships In Varying Everyday contexts) Study seeks to better understand how Canadians can maintain their wellbeing and social connectedness in times of social distancing.
