COVID-19 Research Area(s): Mental Health & Wellbeing, Social Impacts

This research project intends to investigate how COVID-19 has affected how Southeast Asian university students in UBC are receiving support in light of the current situation which emphasises the limit of in-person contact due to contagious nature of the virus. Also, the rise of COVID-19 has left the future of university students uncertain, leaving them to navigate through unknown circumstances and situations prone to any change. With this research project, it aims to explore how Southeast Asian university students have been able to steer through these difficult times that leave their futures undetermined.
