Kootenay Boundary Virtual Health Use

During the COVID-19 pandemic there has been an increase in the use of Virtual Health/Telehealth by many physicians and nurse practitioners in Kootenay Boundary. We would like to learn more about practitioner experiences undertaking virtual health appointments with patients. The study's purpose is to identify gaps in support for telehealth adoption and learn about barriers to use so that we can find solutions for future use of virtual health options.
