Lived Experience of Front Line Nurses During the COVID-19 Pandemic

The experiences of front line nurses are important in policy development and emergency planning in order to create strong healthcare systems. The purpose of this project is to provide an opportunity for front line nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic to discuss and document the issues that impact their lives and their nursing practice. Nurses will use photos and on-line discussion groups to identify the learning and challenges they face in caring for individuals during this health crisis. The information will be shared with healthcare leaders to improve the healthcare system by better meeting challenges identified by nurses in this study.
