Municipalities and Disability Non-Profit Organization COVID Study; Service Delivery and Programing

This study will explore how non-profit, disability-related organizations have adapted their service delivery and programming in response to COVID. It will also explore how have municipalities taken into consideration the needs of people with disabilities with COVID-related changes introduced in response to the pandemic. Semi-structured interviews will be conducted with approximately 25 to 30 participants who work or volunteer for municipalities and disability-related non-profit organizations. Interviews will be conducted over Zoom or by phone. The findings will help will inform how municipalities and disability-related non-profit organizations have adapted their service delivery and programming in response to COVID-19.
