Situational Assessment on Programs for Promoting and Protecting Physician Health

Key informant interviews will be used to gather the perspectives of key stakeholders within Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) on the pre-pandemic state and potential opportunities to enhance physician health through program development across a broad range of mental and physical health concerns (including but not limited to concerns related to infectious disease transmission), and why certain options may be preferred.
