Faculty are vulnerable to the long-term health, social and economic outcomes anticipated by the curtailment of research in Canada. Our primary objective is to ascertain the longitudinal health, social and economic impact of COVID19 on tenure-track faculty in Canada using survey methodology. Our secondary objectives will be to examine the differential impact that type of research (i.e., clinical, basic science), stage of research career and faculty affiliation have on the health, social and economic status of tenure-track faculty employed during COVID19
